Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of post‑independent licensure experience.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed care and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas, on an as‑needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma‑informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
• Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
• Provide coverage for scheduled shifts, vacations, call‑outs, or periods of increased program demand.
• Advocate for the safety, well‑being, and success of every child in your care.
