Job summary

Ozark Center seeks a licensed or eligible therapist to provide outpatient and potential inpatient psychiatric services. You will deliver individual, group, marital, and family counseling, perform diagnostic intakes, and create tailored treatment plans anchored in evidence-based practice.

Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential to support client recovery. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and a warm, empathetic approach to clients, with adherence to standards and flexible

Qualifications

Must hold at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
Experience in inpatient/outpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
Experience providing individual and group therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, marital, and family counseling per contractual agreement.
Complete diagnostic intake assessments to ensure medical necessity and appropriate referrals.
Develop individualized treatment plans with evidence-based practices within required time frames.
Provide crisis services during regular daytime operations.
Adhere to quality and documentation standards per accrediting agencies and policies.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team within Psychiatric Practices and other Center components.
Perform other duties as assigned.
