Job summary

Freeman Health System's Ozark Center is seeking a Therapist to deliver a full range of outpatient behavioral health services via telehealth. You will work with individuals dealing with addiction, mental health, and trauma, maintaining professional standards and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or professional counseling.
• 1 year experience in behavioral health services preferred.
• Experience delivering outpatient therapy services via telehealth is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, marital, and family counseling.
• Conduct diagnostic intake assessments to establish medical necessity.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis services during daytime operations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of providers within Psychiatric Practices and Center programs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
