Job summary

A High School diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates should have experience in behavioral healthcare. This role requires a compassionate approach to support individuals with mental health and substance use issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Trained in trauma-informed care.
• Ability to manage confidentiality and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapeutic TMS services.
• Provide integrated outreach and support.
• Monitor patient symptoms and psychiatric treatment needs.
• Manage insurance preauthorisations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
