Job summary

Ozark Center in Joplin, Missouri, is seeking an Outpatient Clinician/Therapist to join our Clinical Programs team. This full-time, exempt, on-site position offers the opportunity to provide individualized behavioral health services across the lifespan and to build therapeutic relationships.

You will deliver person-centered psychotherapy, develop treatment plans, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Missouri advanced clinical licensure in one of the specified areas.
• Eligibility maintained in good standing with Missouri regulatory board.
• Demonstrated knowledge in diagnosis, assessment, and psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop initial treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy across the lifespan.
• Deliver trauma-sensitive, recovery-focused care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with care teams.
