Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• 2–3 years case management and/or crisis intervention experience.
• Experience with victims of human trafficking, child abuse, or youth homelessness/addiction.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed advocacy and case management to survivors.
• Perform crisis response, safety planning, and follow-up services.
• Document progress and coordinate ongoing services per standards.
• Attend on-call rotations and travel regionally as required.
