Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist, located in Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA. The Trauma Hospital Operations Sales Support team drives inventory efficiency and supports sales growth across the Trauma US market.

You will provide analytics to Sales Leadership and coordinate NPI launches, inventory rebalance, and set deployments while collaborating with Field Sales and other teams.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experience
• Experience leading and coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to influence and develop partnerships which result in meeting departmental goals and objectives
• Ability to make effective oral and written presentations that result in meeting the departmental goals/objectives
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently
• Strong general computer skills
• History of utilizing Excel and Microsoft office applications
• Domestic travel up to 25%

Responsabilidades

• Deploy strategies with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the assigned accounts and field territories.
• Coordinate inventory rebalance and return opportunities
• Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments to assigned accounts and appropriate FSN locations
• Process required transactions in SAP, as appropriate
• Use analytic skills, latest available data sources and insights to drive data-driven decision making with Sales Leadership to achieve optimal inventory levels
• Manage support requests from the FSO
• Support Field Sales Systems that drive efficiencies in the end-to-end Sales Process
• Perform data mining activities and analysis for sales and inventory stakeholders
• Support Commercial strategy implementation by guiding applicable sales teams through process change management, as appropriate
• Other administrative tasks as required by the internal team
