Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team seeks a Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist to support sales and inventory across the Trauma US market, in Raynham, MA and West Chester, PA. You will drive inventory strategies, coordinate rebalance and set deployments, and enable data-driven decisions with leadership.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year experience in logistics/operations, strong Excel skills, and ability to travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year business experience in logistics, manufacturing, operations, sales, or inventory management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to stakeholders.
• Ability to influence partnerships to meet goals and present effectively.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Deploy strategies with Field Sales to grow sales and balance resources across accounts.
• Coordinate and lead inventory rebalance and return opportunities.
• Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments to accounts and FSN locations.
• Process SAP transactions as needed.
• Use data sources and insights to drive decisions with Sales Leadership.
• Support field sales systems with end-to-end process efficiencies.
• Perform data mining for sales and inventory stakeholders.
• Guide sales teams through process changes to implement commercial strategy.
• Handle other administrative tasks as required.
