Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Manager to lead Sales Enablement and Sales Training initiatives across orthopaedics and digital surgery. You will partner with field teams to accelerate adoption of innovative therapies and devices.

You’ll help shape training programs, develop tools for surgeons and healthcare systems, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable clinical and economic value.
