Job summary

The System Adult Trauma Program at St. Luke’s Health System seeks an experienced System Adult Trauma Clinical Educator to lead trauma education across the health system. The role supports a hybrid education model to improve competency and outcomes for inpatient caregivers.

Responsibilities include creating targeted programs, hands‑on skills training, competency validation, and performance improvement across ICU, telemetry, medical‑surgical, ED, perioperative, and specialty care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in trauma, critical care, emergency nursing, or related acute care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of trauma education across the health system.
• Create and implement targeted educational programs, hands-on skills training, competency validation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support a hybrid trauma education model to enhance trauma competency and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with trauma program leadership, nursing education teams, and clinical departments.
