Job summary

St. Luke's is seeking a System Adult Trauma Clinical Educator to lead the development and delivery of trauma education across our health system.

This role supports a hybrid education model to enhance trauma competency and improve patient outcomes for inpatient caregivers. You will collaborate with trauma program leadership, nursing education teams, and clinical departments to create targeted programs, hands-on skills training, competency assessments, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and current RN license required.
• Minimum of four years' experience in trauma, critical care, or emergency nursing.
• Experience in staff development, clinical education, or mentoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of trauma education across the health system.
• Create targeted educational programs, hands-on training, and competency validation.
• Partner with nursing education and clinical departments to implement programs.
• Support a hybrid trauma education model aligned with patient care goals.
