Job summary

St. Luke’s System Office in Idaho seeks a Clinical Educator to lead education across trauma care. This role focuses on developing curricula for ED, ICU, and specialty units, and delivering hands-on labs and simulations to enhance caregiver competency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant clinical experience.
• Experience designing and delivering education programs in healthcare.
• Background in trauma care and clinical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver trauma education programs for inpatient and outpatient clinical teams.
• Develop specialty-specific curriculum for ED, ICU, Progressive Care, and more.
• Facilitate hands-on skills labs, simulations, mock trauma activations, and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with trauma leadership to identify educational needs and address gaps.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development for trauma care teams.
