Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is seeking an experienced Education Specialist for Trauma Education. The role focuses on inpatient education, orientation, and specialized trauma education across the East Region, including TNNC and ATLS provider courses.

The role requires an RN license, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and 5-10 years of experience in trauma education or related domains.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 5-10 years experience in trauma education or healthcare education.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating trauma education programs and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Educate health care providers and community advocates in trauma care.
• Coordinate patient contact education and trauma education for the region.
• Lead planning and execution of trauma conferences (Spring and Fall).
• Manage course materials, instructor recruitment, and evaluation processes.
