System Adult Trauma Clinical Educator
Transform Trauma Care Through Education
The System Adult Trauma Program is seeking an experienced, innovative, and highly engaged Clinical Educator to lead the development and delivery of trauma education across our health system. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RT) or Paramedic, who bring frontline trauma experience and a passion for developing clinical excellence in others.
This position represents a significant investment in advancing trauma care by creating specialty-focused, unit-specific education programs that enhance caregiver competency, improve patient outcomes, and support best practices across the continuum of trauma care.
The ideal candidate is a clinically credible trauma professional who thrives in both educational and operational environments. You are passionate about developing others, building innovative learning experiences, and advancing trauma care across a diverse healthcare system. Whether your expertise comes from the trauma bay, emergency department, critical care unit, respiratory care, or prehospital setting, you bring a commitment to excellence and a vision for elevating trauma readiness across every care environment.
