UC Irvine Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner II for the Department of Surgery, focusing on inpatient care across Trauma and Acute Care Surgery. You will assess health needs, plan and evaluate care, and participate in shift sign-outs and family communications.

Qualificações
- NP role requires independent, team-oriented practice.
- Current, active California RN license required.
- Current, active California NP license and furnishing license.
- DEA registration and NP national certification AGACNP-BC or ACNPC-AG.
- ATLS within six months of hire; BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Two+ years Trauma/Critical Care experience; one year general experience.
Responsabilidades
- Manage inpatient care for Trauma/Acute Care Surgery patients.
- Participate in trauma resuscitations and surgical consultations.
- Discharge planning, including summaries, instructions and medications.
- Coordinate with General Surgery teams, residents and attending physicians.
- Ensure credentialing and privileges are finalized before first working day.
