Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a Trauma Program Director to oversee the direct and indirect care of trauma patients.

The role focuses on coordinating care systems, developing cross-department relationships, and ensuring accreditation standards are met within the Trauma Division of the Nursing Department. The position requires a Master’s degree in Nursing and at least five years of progressive leadership experience, with expertise in emergency surgical or critical care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in emergency surgical or critical care nursing with a trauma focus.
• Ability to interpret data to meet Trauma Division goals and hospital mission.
• Ability to collaborate with all departments to ensure optimal trauma care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct and indirect care of trauma patients.
• Coordinate and evaluate patient care systems across trauma services.
• Develop relationships with departments and personnel involved in trauma care.
• Ensure compliance with trauma accreditation standards for the program.
• Provide administrative and financial leadership to operate the trauma program.
