Job summary

Temple Health seeks a Trauma Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead clinical components of the Trauma Program in a full-time capacity at the Philadelphia campus.

The role collaborates with the Trauma Director and Program Manager, acting as liaison across departments and providing education to medical staff, nursing, and pre-hospital teams. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with a Master’s preferred and TNCC advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trauma, critical care, or emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Trauma Director and Trauma Program Manager on the clinical components of the Trauma Program.
• Serves as liaison between Trauma Program and clinical departments and staff.
• Provides education resources and acts as an instructor in trauma care and related topics for medical, nursing, allied health, and pre-hospital personnel.
• Participates in a multidisciplinary framework to integrate allied health care recommendations into the nursing care plan.
