Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a dedicated Hospital Transporter to join our team. The Transporter moves patients, equipment, and supplies throughout the hospital with care, accuracy, and a focus on safety and service.

This 36-hour weekly role features evenings (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2pm–11pm) and Saturday 9am–6pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to support fast-paced clinical operations in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or healthcare experience.
• AHA BLS within 14 days of hire is required.
• Education: Some high school level education; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move patients, equipment, and supplies safely and timely throughout the hospital.
• Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred/Desired - High School Diploma or equivalent.
