Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a patient transport colleague at our 55 Fruit Street location in Boston. The role involves moving patients to various locations throughout the hospital, with an onsite evening shift and a 40-hour work week.

You will assist patients, transport them to procedures, ensure comfort and safety during transit, and help deliver laboratory specimens, equipment, and mail. A high school diploma is required, and prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Experience: Customer Service Experience 0-1 year required.
  • Experience: Medical Office/Hospital/Managed Care Experience 0-1 year preferred.

Thursday - Friday 3pm - 11:30pm and Saturday- Sunday 11am -11:30pm Summary

Responsible for moving patients to various locations throughout the hospital.
