Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a responsible transporter to use company vehicles to transport patients to medical appointments, essential errands, and other activities. The role supports the care team and ensures timely, safe patient transport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence in company vehicles.
• Adhere to established transportation schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Transport supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

The patient transporter will utilize company vehicles to transport our valuable patients to and from medical appointments, essential errands, and other activities as needed. Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles
• Adhere to established transportation schedule
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, maintaining any issues to supervisor immediately
• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed
• Transport supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned
