Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a Transporter to use company vehicles to move patients to and from medical appointments, errands, and other activities as needed. This PRN role supports the care team by providing a critical service to the patients we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles.
• Adhere to established transportation schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, reporting any issues to supervisor.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed.
• Transport supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a responsible individual to fill the role of Transporter. The patient transporter will utilize company vehicles to transport our valuable patients to and from medical appointments, essential errands, and other activities as needed.
