Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Transporter (PRN) to safely transport patients to and from medical appointments and other activities using company vehicles. You will join a compassionate care team and ensure timely, courteous transport for patients in need.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work well with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles.
• Adhere to established transportation schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, reporting any issues to supervisor immediately.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed; transport supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
