Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a responsible Transporter to use company vehicles to move patients to medical appointments and other activities. You will be a key part of the care team, ensuring safety and timeliness, and supporting patients as needed.

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, reporting issues to supervisor.

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a responsible individual to fill the role of Transporter. The patient transporter will utilize company vehicles to transport our valuable patients to and from medical appointments, essential errands, and other activities as needed. Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles
• Adhere to established transportation schedule
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, maintaining any issues to supervisor immediately
• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed
• Transport supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned
