Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a responsible Transporter who will use company vehicles to transport patients to and from medical appointments and essential errands. Join our care team and provide a vital service to the patients we serve.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, assisting patients entering and exiting the vehicle, coordinating with staff, and adhering to the transportation schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from facilities, appointments, and residences in company vehicles.
• Adhere to established transportation schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, reporting issues to supervisor.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Transport supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles
• Adhere to established transportation schedule
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, maintaining any issues to supervisor immediately
• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed
• Transport supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned
