Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a responsible Transporter to drive patients to medical appointments and other activities. You will operate company vehicles, assist patients in and out of vehicles, and help maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles
• Adhere to established transportation schedule
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, reporting issues to supervisor
• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed
• Transport supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned
