Job summary

FreshPoint Denver, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee RDC yard activities, coordinate with carriers and warehouse teams, and lead a team of supervisors and TOAs in achieving on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to resolve system issues and optimize inbound/outbound performance. This is a full-time on-site position with standard warehouse hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to analyze numbers, follow policies, and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Resolve system issues in daily load processing.
• Monitor carrier and system status messages and mitigate impacts.
• Communicate daily with Transportation leadership, Supervisors, and TOAs.
• Oversee yard operations and supervise staff and training.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies.
