Capital Electric Supply in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a Warehouse Administrator - Transportation to support dispatch, manifests, and fleet coordination. The role interfaces with drivers, sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth outbound deliveries and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience with routing systems or ERP platforms preferred.
• Prior warehouse administrative or transportation experience preferred.
• MHE experience preferred, or ability to become MHE certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatch duties, including sales ETA requests and driver call-in escalations.
• Support communication related to outbound deliveries.
• Scan, maintain, and close manifests daily.
• Track daily stops, hours, and miles.
• Report daily time commitment metrics.
• Assist with Innovo routing as needed.
• Track returns, maintain returned stop logs, notify sales, and provide daily updates.
• Coordinate fleet service with Ryder and Penske.
• Report IFTA mileage and monitor fleet mileage usage.
• Monitor Geotab for maintenance needs and HOS compliance.
