Capital Electric Supply in Upper Marlboro, MD is hiring a Warehouse Administrator - Transportation to support dispatch, manifest management, and daily fleet coordination. You'll work with drivers, sales, purchasing and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes data tracking, routing coordination, and compliance with HOS and IFTA. Ideal candidates have experience with routing systems or ERP platforms, strong organization, and solid communication

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with routing systems or ERP platforms preferred.
• Prior warehouse administrative or transportation experience preferred.
• MHE experience preferred or ability to become MHE certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatch duties, including sales ETA requests and driver call-in escalations.
• Support communication related to outbound deliveries.
• Scan, maintain, and close manifests daily.
• Track daily stops, hours, and miles.
• Report daily time commitment metrics.
• Coordinate fleet service with Ryder and Penske.
• Monitor IFTA mileage and fleet mileage usage.
• Monitor Geotab for maintenance needs and HOS compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Transportation leadership.
