Cherry Creek Schools is seeking a Transportation Trainer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of CDL and Non-CDL driver training programs for district staff. You will ensure all training, certifications, and licensing meet federal, state, and district standards, while collaborating with Safety and Training leadership and drivers to move trainees through the qualification process.

• Must have CDL driving experience and knowledge of DOT/FMVSS regulations.
• Must obtain ELDT instructor certification and CPI certification within 3 months of hire.
• Strong ability to train adult learners and evaluate performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and records documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of CDL and Non-CDL driver training for staff and students.
• Coordinate training, certification, and licensing activities and maintain records.
• Plan and deliver safety and compliance training, including CPI, CPR/First Aid, and defensive driving.
• Maintain compliance records for licensing, CDL testing, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with drivers, supervisors, and leadership to schedule training and move staff through onboarding and qualification.
• Assist with drug and alcohol testing program administration.
