Qualifications

• Requires instruction and training delivery skills for adult learners.
• Strong ability to evaluate trainee performance and provide corrective guidance.
• Proficiency with basic office technology and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of CDL and Non-CDL driver training.
• Coordinate training, certification, and licensing activities and records.
• Deliver safety/compliance training (CPR/First Aid, CPI, defensive driving).
• Maintain licensing/permit records and respond to accident reports.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to schedule training and support onboarding.
