Cherry Creek School District is seeking a Transportation Trainer to lead comprehensive training programs for CDL and Non-CDL drivers, bus assistants, and staff. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations, coordinating with Safety and Training leadership and drivers to advance qualifications and safety.

Responsibilities include developing classroom, behind-the-wheel, and on-the-road training, maintaining records, and supporting safety initiatives district-wide.

Qualificações

• Ability to train adult learners effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance in transportation operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of CDL and Non-CDL driver training.
• Coordinate certification, licensing, and testing activities and maintain records.
• Deliver safety and compliance training including CPI, CPR/First Aid, and defensive driving.
• Maintain compliance records for licensing, DOT files, and training documentation.
• Collaborate with Trainers and leadership to schedule training and onboarding.
