Job summary

Cherry Creek Schools is seeking a Transportation Operations Supervisor to oversee all bus drivers and assistants, ensuring on-time routes and the safe transport of students. You will review GPS reports, enforce disciplinary actions when needed, complete employee evaluations, and represent the district at meetings and conferences.

A Class B CDL with P and S endorsements is required within 90 days to maintain the position.

Qualifications

• The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of professional experience.
• Colorado CDL Class B with P and S endorsements within 90 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deescalate conflicts and work collaboratively with staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic transportation software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bus drivers and assistants; assign work and monitor performance.
• Ensure routes and trips are completed on time using available resources.
• Review GPS reports and onboard video; enforce discipline when needed.
• Complete employee evaluations and administer student management program.
• Represent the district at meetings, conferences, and seminars.
• Maintain safety protocols and transport students to/from school daily.
