Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a Manager – Transportation Systems Management to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS). You will steer strategic initiatives that reduce transportation spend, improve service levels, and enable carriers and facility users.

This role requires strong leadership, experience in supply chain technology, ERP/TMS/WMS familiarity, and the ability to partner with IT in an Agile environment to deliver impactful, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Advanced degree is desirable.
• 8+ years experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in project and product management; knowledge of Agile practices.
• Tech-savvy with ERPs, TMS, and WMS platforms.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technology product team overseeing the full lifecycle of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Define short-term tactics and long-range roadmaps to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Design and deploy solutions that transform global supply chain management with focus on cost savings and standardization.
• Gather requirements, establish KPIs, and conduct cost-benefit analyses for ROI.
• Identify and resolve complex issues, mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Champion adoption of technology solutions with seamless integration and user engagement.
• Collaborate with IT teams in an Agile framework to align with evolving business needs.
