Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager – Transportation Systems Management to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the Transportation Management System (TMS) within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence. You will drive strategy, oversee implementation, and enable cost savings across our transportation network.

The role requires leadership experience, collaboration across IT and business teams, and a focus on KPI-driven delivery within an Agile environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years experience in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain roles preferred.
• Project and Product Management experience; and knowledge of Agile practices.
• Technology-grounded experience that includes ERPs, TMS, WMS platforms preferred.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Travel Expectations: Up to 25%

• Lead and develop a technology product team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration, overseeing the full lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Champion the transportation product strategy, defining both short-term tactical plans and long-range strategic roadmaps to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Design, scope, and deploy innovative solutions that strategically enhance and transform global supply chain management and systems, focusing on cost savings, network standardization, and process improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather detailed requirements, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues, effectively mitigating risks to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Champion the successful adoption of technology solutions ensuring seamless integration and user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams within an Agile framework, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of initiatives that align with evolving business needs and future strategic capabilities.
