Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager – Transportation Systems Management to lead end-to-end management of our Transportation Management System (TMS) within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence. The role focuses on reducing transportation spend, improving delivery experiences, and ensuring visibility across a vast healthcare network.
You will lead a technology product team, collaborate with IT within an Agile framework, and drive strategic roadmaps and innovative solutions to standardize
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Advanced degree desired.
- 8+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles preferred.
- Project and product management experience; knowledge of Agile practices.
- Experience with ERPs, TMS, WMS platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead a technology product team, overseeing the full lifecycle of the TMS.
- Define short-term tactical plans and long-range roadmaps.
- Design and deploy solutions to transform global supply chain management.
- Gather requirements, set KPIs, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
- Identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
