The candidate should have a CDL Class A with 2–5 years driving and prior supervision experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills. On-site role with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A license with 2–5 years driving experience.
• Previous supervision role focused on people and process leadership.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; analytical and communicative.
• Experience with computer tasks and programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe and efficient transportation operations through hands-on leadership.
• Improve transportation efficiency by analyzing data.
• Oversee route planning, scheduling, and driver management.
• Conduct investigations and follow-ups to prevent recurrence.
• Manage team performance reviews and address employee issues.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance with Transportation personnel.
