Job summary

Divert Inc. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead safety, performance, and service for our facilities. You will oversee route planning, driver scheduling, and data-driven efficiency while ensuring compliance with DOT standards and company policies.

Based at our Mechanicsburg, PA plant with regional travel, you will mentor a transportation team, manage budgets, and drive improvements that align with Divert's Prevent, Provide, Power approach to reducing waste and powering communities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2-5 years CDL Driving experience.
• Valid and current CDL Class A license.
• Previous supervision role that focused on people and process leadership.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Communicate written and oral data/information to diverse audiences.
• Experience with computer tasks and programs (e.g. Microsoft products).

• Performance: improve transportation efficiency through data analysis.
• Service: meet transportation goals and objectives.
• Operations Management: oversee route planning, scheduling, and investigations.

• Compliance: ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
• Maintenance: coordinate with Transportation to support maintenance plans.
