Job summary

Divert is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Indiana to lead daily transportation operations, ensuring safety, performance, and service. You will work with Transportation and Plant Operations to implement efficient processes and report to the Transportation Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years CDL driving experience.
• Supervisory experience focused on people and process leadership.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety in the workplace and foster a safe culture through training and processes.
• Improve transportation efficiency by analyzing data and implementing strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations including route planning and scheduling.
• Manage driver performance, conduct reviews, and resolve issues.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with transportation personnel.
