Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage daily transportation operations, lead a team of drivers, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain regulatory compliance. The role starts early with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 3:00 AM shift.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of transportation logistics and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in transportation management software and route optimization tools.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Supervises staff including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
Oversees on-time deliveries and pickups; may operate an active route as needed (CDL may be required).
Assists in DOT/compliance, payroll review, logs, and expense reports.
Ensures driver safety, paperwork accuracy, and DVIR/dot logs.
Coordinates driver data, inspections, and fleet maintenance with Ops leadership.
