Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years transportation or related experience including knowledge of DOT and safety regulations, and experience operating computerized fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Assists in scheduling deliveries and pickups to ensure timely service; rides with drivers for training/evaluation.
• Monitors DOT logs and driver compliance with DOT and company regulations; maintains driver records and paperwork.
