Core-Mark in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead day-to-day transportation operations and a team of drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of transportation experience with DOT knowledge.
• 1+ year leading a team of 10+ drivers.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Schedules deliveries and pickups to ensure timely service.
• Rides with drivers for coaching and evaluation.
• Ensures DOT compliance and safe operating practices.
• Maintains fleet records and manages paperwork.
