Job summary

Core-Mark in Tolleson, AZ seeks a Transportation Supervisor to oversee drivers, ensure safe, on-time deliveries, and manage training and coaching within the OpCo. You will monitor DOT logs, coordinate driver payroll review, and ensure compliance with DOT and company regulations while optimizing routes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in transportation or related field, with knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Experience operating computerized fleet management systems.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Assists in scheduling and ensures timely deliveries and pickups; rides with drivers for training/evaluation.
• Monitors DOT logs and ensures compliance with DOT and OpCo regulations; coordinates tracking of driver information.
• Ensures all delivery and driver paperwork is completed accurately and maintains vehicle, truck, and trailer post-trip inspections.
