Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience required.
• Knowledgeable in DOT, FMCSA, and Hours of Service regulations.
• Experience managing and dispatching drivers.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure financial targets are met.
• Directly manage driver schedules and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
