Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience in a transportation setting.
• Experience managing and dispatching drivers effectively.
• Ability to interpret and implement safety and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations and ensure service level targets are met.
• Manage driver schedules and oversee compliance with regulations.
• Act as a liaison with the Safety department to ensure safe operations.
