Summary

RNDC is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and professional Transportation Supervisor to join our growing Operations team. This role involves directing and coordinating operational activities related to delivery equipment and personnel.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise all aspects of product delivery operations and customer relations, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
2. Oversee routing of delivery trucks using the Roadnet system and assign drivers and helpers daily.
3. Update and review delivery routes throughout the day using GreenMile driver tracking software.
4. Monitor driver performance via Geotab telematics software.
5. Observe drivers’ work habits, conduct training, and identify areas for improvement.
6. Train drivers on safe driving, proper lifting, and delivery procedures, and resolve delivery issues with internal teams and customers.
7. Enforce safety and security policies and may occasionally run a delivery route as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• At least three years of related experience, including transportation and training, or equivalent education and experience.
• Current state driver's license and CDL license required.
• Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License as mandated by the state (e.g., TABC License in Texas).
