Position Responsibilities:

• Supervises daily delivery operations, planning, and scheduling.
• Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships by coordinating drivers to meet customer needs.
• Develops transportation staff to ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate's Degree with 3-4+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience, OR a High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience and 1-2+ years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
