Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce, fashion, or omnichannel transportation or carrier management.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, carrier service models, and supply chain movement flows.
• Experience supporting transportation optimization, operational improvement, or logistics project delivery.
• Transportation knowledge across parcel, LTL, FTL, international, and omnichannel logistics environments.
• Structured project management and organizational skills supporting transportation systems (TMS, ERP, shipping platforms).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite.
• Ideal candidate has work experience in a medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
• Additional language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support transportation operations across domestic and international flows.
• Develop understanding of product flows, transportation dependencies, and service requirements across business channels.
• Monitor transportation performance, identify operational risks, and support resolution of service disruptions or carrier-related issues.
• Partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure transportation operations align with service expectations and business priorities.
• Support carrier relationship management, operational performance monitoring, and service accountability across transportation providers.
• Track transportation KPIs, service trends, cost drivers, and operational exceptions.
• Assist in carrier performance reviews, issue escalation management, and corrective action follow-up.
• Support transportation governance processes, performance visibility, and continuous operational improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency, reduce operational complexity, and enhance service performance.
• Support process redesign, workflow simplification, and transportation capability improvements.
• Analyze transportation flows, constraints, and recurring issues to drive sustainable operational improvements.
• Help strengthen transportation operating discipline, visibility, and process consistency.
