Job summary

Christian Louboutin is seeking an Events Coordinator to support strategic planning and flawless execution of in-store and off-site retail events across the Americas, including product launches and appearances by Mr. Louboutin.

You will coordinate with vendors, venues, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand guidelines and budgets are met. Based in New York, you will create post-event reports, manage event inventories, and assist with internal and external events while reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Passion for Christian Louboutin and brand ambassador.
• Events experience in agency, multinational or luxury business preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute in-store and off-site events across North America.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and external partners to align with brand guidelines and budget.
• Build pre- and post-event reports for retail teams and leadership.
• Brief creative assets from global identity teams for events.
• Manage travel, schedules, and inventories related to events.
