If so... Foundations For Living is recruiting a Full-Time Transportation Specialist. No experience necessary - all training is provided. Starting pay for this position is $12.00/hour.

Foundations For Living is an 84-bed (14 males and 70 females) secure residential treatment facility for youth addressing mental health and substance abuse issues. Located on the edge of Mansfield, Ohio, in a rural setting on 14 rolling, wooded acres, with easy access to I-71, Foundations For Living is licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (ODMHAS) and is CARF accredited. We offer individual, group, and family counseling to our residents. Our mission is to provide a safe environment where youth feel empowered to heal and build hope for the future.

The Transportation Specialist provides and ensures secure transportation services for residents as requested or assigned. Responsibilities include: following all laws while in a vehicle, monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns to medical staff, transporting residents to appointments, assisting passengers entering and exiting vehicles, keeping vehicles clean, and reporting safety issues to the supervisor.
