Responsibilities

• Develops schedules (routes, workload, and driver training) to determine driver and equipment requirements.
• Communicates schedules and route changes to drivers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinates scheduling of vehicles to meet transportation requirements.
• Recommends policies and actions to enhance transportation services.
• Responds to inquiries from customers, drivers, and vendors to resolve scheduling issues.
• Assists in other duties as needed and covers for Transportation Manager when required.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
